From September 1, certificates of state accreditation of educational institutions and recognition of foreign diplomas will be transferred to the online format. The corresponding document was signed by the head of the Cabinet of Ministers Mikhail Mishustin.
The register model for the provision of the above-mentioned public services will make it possible to reduce the time for their provision, as well as save citizens and educational organizations from the need to obtain paper certificates. It is noted that the documentation will be uploaded electronically to the user's personal account on the Public Services portal.
