As reported on the website of the Russian government, all data will be contained in a special register. The corresponding document was signed by the head of the Cabinet of Ministers Mikhail Mishustin.

The government explained that the register model for the provision of the above-mentioned public services will make it possible to reduce the time for their provision, as well as save citizens and educational organizations from the need to obtain paper certificates.

It is noted that the documentation will be uploaded electronically to the user's personal account on the Public Services portal.

The procedure for conducting state accreditation will not change, the Cabinet of Ministers specified.

Earlier, the first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Education, Yana Lantratova, sent a proposal to the head of the Cabinet of Ministers Mikhail Mishustin to license the activities of Russian bloggers-trainers selling courses on the Internet.
