Havsresan is a collaboration between the Swedish Coast and Sea Center and Marine Knowledge Center in Malmö. Usually eelgrass grows at a depth of a few meters, but outside Malmio it is further down than that.

Eelgrass is important because it absorbs carbon dioxide and many species of fish are born in it. The project manager Klas Thermaenius: "We try to inform the public about what it looks like under the surface" and after today's dive it is clear – the eel Grass is doing well.
