The latest consequence of the appointment is a string of casualties of members of the Progressive Union of Prosecutors (UPF) According to tax sources, the superior prosecutor of Madrid, Almudena Lastra, and the member of the Superior Prosecutor's Office of Madrid Lorena Álvarez, have already completed their withdrawal from the association.

At present, there are only 250 associates of the UPF.
