Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone will be closed for operation from March 1. The cooperation zone will implement a tax policy of "first-line" liberalization and "second-line' control.
Qualified goods can enjoy tariff-free processing value-added. The "second line" entering the mainland will be regulated in accordance with the relevant regulations applicable to inbound items entering from Macao. Customs implements supervision according to tax policies. The relevant policies will come into effect from the date of closure and operation.
