Haiti: day of mobilization in Haiti to demand the resignation of Prime Minister Ariel Henry k. 2024.
One dead and several injured in the town of Les Cayes, buildings looted, the majority of towns in the country blocked. All school and commercial activities paralyzed, such is the outcome of the mobilization. The demonstrations will continue until Wednesday and are expected to last until February 7. The situation was also very tense in certain regions of Haiti including Jérémie, Hinche and Cayes.
