"Measures" point out that whistleblowers can report illegal activities through the 12345 hotline, letters, visits, etc. Relevant functional departments at the municipal and district levels should make public reporting hotlines available to the public, and assign dedicated personnel to handle the complaints, according to the measures. The measures came into effect on April 22 this year and is valid for three years.
