The man used these documents to receive about 2.5 million rubles from the Department of Construction and Architecture of the Bryansk Region. The woman was given 1.5million rubles, and the man and his accomplice disposed of the remaining funds at their own discretion. The request for Sos in's extradition was sent in October 2022.
