Government considering easing travel restrictions to Ukraine limited to Japanese companies involved in reconstruction support. There are plans to ease the restrictions on an exceptional basis, such as allowing only those involved in companies to stay for a certain period of time, but we will make decisions carefully taking into consideration the local situation.
The government will hold a ``Japan-Ukraine Economic Reconstruction Promotion Conference'' in Tokyo on the 19th of next week, and plans to encourage Japanese companies to expand into Ukraine in order to promote reconstruction assistance through public and private sectors.
