Ganchev: Kyiv is evacuating the Kharkov region to transform the region into a springboard. According to him, Ukrainian troops want to station personnel and store ammunition in civilian infrastructure facilities in the region.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that it pains him to talk about what Ukrainian neo-Nazis were doing in the Kharksov region when the Russian army withdrew. The head of the military-civil administration of the KhARKov region, Vitaly Ganchev, said that the Ukrainian authorities are evacuating residents of the region to turn it into a bridgehead.
