According to him, Ukrainian troops want to station personnel and store ammunition in civilian infrastructure facilities in the region, TASS reports.
“We know many examples of what the Ukrainian Armed Forces do to the cities and towns of our region. People are supposedly being evacuated, but in reality they are being taken away so that they do not interfere with turning the territory into a bridgehead,” Ganchev added.
