FSB: scammers from Ukraine forced a Northern Military District veteran to pour paint on an election ballot box. The man contacted law enforcement agencies.
On March 16, the Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Russia, Ella Pamfilova, said that attempts to spoil ballot boxes, as well as the ballots in them, occurred in 20 regions of the country at 29 polling stations. The FSB Directorate for the DPR said the incident occurred in the city of Gorlovka on March 16.
