“Wounded North Military District veteran Kirill Sidorov from Gorlovka told how Ukrainian call centers fraudulently stole 3 million rubles from him and forced him to fill the ballot box with green in exchange for returning the stolen amount,” TASS reported.
The man contacted law enforcement agencies.
