Moroccan imam Hassan Iquioussen will not return to France. The Paris administrative court rendered its decision this Monday evening.

It was seized after the expulsion of the imam in January 2023 following anti-Semitic remarks and hatred towards women and non-Muslims. The imam's children and wife, who live in France, could join him in Morocco and that this expulsion therefore does not excessively infringe on respect for his private life, the court added. The court did not cancel his expulsion.
