FPC has changed the procedure in case of detection of an animal on a train. The required ticket was issued for the cat, but the cat ran out of the carriage.
The cat was later found to have died. The incident occurred on January 11, but it was not reported until January 20, when it became known that the cat had died. It is not known if the owner of the cat is still alive. The animal will be moved to a specialized luggage compartment or handed over to staff.
