Former US intelligence officer Scott Ritter advised Western politicians to call Russian ambassadors more often. Ritter noted that the Russian Ambassador to Washington, Anatoly Antonov, is “an experienced negotiator on arms control” “This man should have his desk full of proposals from all government and non-government organizations related to arms control,” the ex-officer added.
Earlier, Ritter suggested that by making provocative statements about sending troops to Ukraine, French President Emmanuel Macron is trying to drag the United States into a war with Russia.
