Start talking to the Russian ambassador,” RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.
At the same time, Ritter noted that the Russian Ambassador to Washington, Anatoly Antonov, is “an experienced negotiator on arms control.”
“This man should have his desk full of proposals from all government and non-government organizations related to arms control,” the ex-officer added.
Earlier, Ritter suggested that by making provocative statements about sending troops to Ukraine, French President Emmanuel Macron is trying to drag the United States into a war with Russia.
