Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that Moscow will announce, when the time comes, what the Russian side will do in response to the Finnish accession. The Russian consulate on the Åland Islands in the Baltic Sea has been closed since April 4, when Finland became a member of NATO.
