Angola evokes a possible meeting between Kagame and Tshisekedi. The situation in eastern DRC is still the subject of intense diplomatic negotiations.

Clashes are intensifying between the M23, supported by Rwanda according to the UN and Kinshasa, and the Congolese armed forces. A new interview between the two men therefore seems to be in the pipeline. Their last meeting was a failure on February 16 in Addis Ababa, on the sidelines of the AU summit.
