Extraordinary EU summit: Ukraine's expectations. After several months of blockage caused by Viktor Orban's Hungary, European leaders will meet in Brussels to try again to agree on a new tranche of aid granted to Ukraine.
The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, affirms that this special envelope would be granted with or without the approval of Hungary. The aim being to allow Ukraine to fill its budget deficit, but also to equip itself over the next four years on the military aspect.
