Eight primary and secondary schools in Guiyang have established sister schools with Hong Kong schools. The signing ceremony was held on the 24th at Cuiwei Primary School in Nanming District.

The event also held a donation ceremony for "Guizhou, Hong Kong and Macao are in the same class". The Hong Kong-Guiz Zhou Cultural Exchange Fund signed a contract with the Macau China Innovation and Technology Development Promotion Association. Hong Kong school representatives accepted the informatics courses donated by the Macao China Entrepreneurship Association.
