Most injuries are the result of air strikes. Almost 200 aid organization employees have been killed in the war between Israel and the radical Islamic Hamas, including five employees of Doctors Without Borders, says MSF chief Christopher Lockyear. Most recently, seven employees of the US aid organization World Central Kitchen were killed in an Israeli airstrike on their convoy.
