In the last 12 months, the Digitalization Department of the Community of Madrid has incorporated new functionalities into the Virtual Health Card (TSV) that allow people to have procedures at the click of a button.
Since the TSV was launched, the Department of Digitalization has been gradually introducing more than fifteen new improvements so that the more than 3.1 million users can process their requests with greater agility and speed every day.
