Deputy Nilov sent to the Cabinet of Ministers a draft on land rights for families with three children. The draft states that citizens who have three or more children have the right to receive free ownership of a plot of land that is in state or municipal ownership.
“At the same time, there cannot be a requirement that such citizens must be registered as those in need of residential premises,” the initiative says. Earlier, Deputy Nilov announced that aDraft on payments for long-term marriages had been submitted to the State Duma.
