RIA Novosti writes about this.

It is noted that this norm now applies to those who are registered as needing housing.

The draft sent by Nilov states that citizens who have three or more children have the right to receive free ownership of a plot of land that is in state or municipal ownership.

The bill also notes that such citizens, with their consent, can receive monetary compensation in exchange for a land plot in the manner established by the state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

“At the same time, there cannot be a requirement that such citizens must be registered as those in need of residential premises,” the initiative says.

Earlier, Deputy Nilov announced that a draft on payments for long-term marriages had been submitted to the State Duma.
