Department of Transport warned about traffic restrictions in the center of Moscow on February 29. In particular, traffic will be limited on Varvarka Street from Kitaygorodsky Proezd to the Bolshoi Moskvoretsky Bridge, as well as on Ilyinka Street from Novaya Square to Red Square.

Earlier, the Kremlin said that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s message to the Federal Assembly will take place on February29. On February 28, traffic was temporarily blocked on a section of Bolshaya Dmitrovka Street in the centers of Moscow.
