Ukraine has objected, saying the attack was carried out by Russia, and the claims of both sides are in direct conflict. There was no significant damage to any of the facilities, and there was no change in radiation levels in thenuclear power plant and surrounding areas, according to Russian state-run nuclear power company Rosatom.
