Russia's state-run nuclear power company Rosatom claimed that the nuclear power plant was attacked by Ukrainian military drones. The roof of Unit 6 and an area adjacent to the cafeteria were attacked, leaving three people injured.
IAEA Director-General Grossi issued a statement saying, ``Such reckless attacks significantly increase the risk of a serious nuclear accident and must be stopped immediately'' A spokesperson for the Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine denied to local media, ``Ukraine is not involved in any armed provocation''
