At least 20 people could have fallen into the water when the bridge collapsed in Baltimore. Adverse weather conditions and limited visibility at the site of the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse in Baltimore are causing concern as the search continues.
Earlier, the news portal WTOP reported that several cars fell into the. water as a result of a bridge collapse caused by a collision with a cargo ship. The US Coast Guard and city fire department employees and specialists are participating in the search efforts. Also involved in the rescue operation is a team of divers who have to work in conditions of “freezing temperature” of the water in the river.
