Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia: the republic has not yet left the CSTO. Edward Asryan added that the consequences of Armenia’s withdrawal from the organization are a state secret.
The Kremlin previously noted that Russia does not have clarity regarding Armenia's statement about freezing membership in the organization. According to the Prime Minister of the Republic Nikol Pashinyan, the actual freezing of the republic's participation in CSTO means absence of a permanent representative and non-participation in organization's events at high and senior levels.
