Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko spoke about cellular coverage of new regions of Russia. He noted that up to 92% of settlements in new regions are covered by cellular communications by the end of 2023.
2,038 social facilities were connected to the Internet, and a fleet of computer equipment was provided in the amount of more than 35 thousand automated workstations with domestic software. Previously, the government approved the procedure for financing the compulsory health insurance system in new region of Russian.
