Carles Puigdemont considers returning to Spain and being arrested. Gonzalo Boye, lawyer for the former president of the Generalitat, maintains that the leader of Junts per Catalunya "is willing" to do so.
Boye has admitted that there is a possibility that the police could arrest Puigemont when he crosses the border and enters Spanish territory. "What will not be able to prevent him from being president," says Boye. "The only ones who can prevent it are the Catalans when they vote"
