Cameroon: civil society calls on the government on the human rights situation. In this report, published "in a context marked by political, economic and social instability  ", the NGOs recommend in particular to the government to avoid dragging civilians before military courts.

"We have recorded, during the year 2023, cases of murders in police and gendarmerie units, following torture," says Philippe Nanga, coordinator of the NGO A World to Come. 'We have still recorded hundreds of cases of kidnappings, detentions and torture of people'
