BWAW returns to address gender equality in the business world. While in junior-level positions one in three people is a woman, only 9% of the CEO position is represented by women.
It is crucial to give visibility to those women who occupy positions of responsibility, as it helps to mitigate the perception of this sector as masculine. The objective of celebrating this event, which coincides with International Women's Day (8M), is to eliminate the barriers that hinder female participation at all levels of the industry.
