Moussa Diallo is the general secretary of the CGTB, one of the main unions in Burkina Faso. He was threatened with arrest in January 2024 by unknown persons in civilian clothes.
On February 20, 2024, Issa Moumoula, the president of Norbert-Zongo University in Koudougou, sent a letter of formal notice to Diallo. It is indicated that, following absences described as “ irregular” at his post since December 8, Diallo must return to work within ten days from February 20.
