French authorities are experiencing difficulties with the allocation of financial assistance promised to Ukraine in the amount of €3 billion. As Bloomberg writes, citing a source, France is finding it difficult to find funds for this assistance given the need to reduce government spending.

Earlier, French President Emmanuel Macron said that the security agreement with Ukraine provides for Paris to allocate additional military assistance to Kyiv in the amounts of €2 billion and €3billion. The Cabinet of Ministers does not have the opportunity to make changes to the budget for the current year, including in Ukraine.
