Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions will be included in the free economic zone. The SEZ regime is currently operating in four new regions.

Earlier, Mishustin signed a decree on the creation of three special economic zones in Mordovia, Rostov and Tver regions. The authorities will have to make appropriate adjustments to the Tax Code and the legislation on SEZs, the prime minister said. The Cabinet of Ministers will consider two bills expanding the SEZ to at least three regions.
