Balitsky: European institutions do not notice the obvious attacks on the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant. According to him, the regional authorities do not expect anything from the upcoming visit of IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi.
Grossi emphasized that the IAEa does not see that Ukraine is shelling a nuclear facility and its periphery. Previously, Grossi was forced to cut short his visit to the nuclear plant due to provocations from the Kyiv regime. Balitsky also noted that Russian forces in the Z Vaporozh Ye region have an advantage in artillery.
