According to him, the regional authorities do not expect anything from the upcoming visit of IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi.

“Because all this is chatter from European institutions, which have already come several times today,” RIA Novosti quotes him.

Grossi emphasized that the IAEA does not see that Ukraine is shelling a nuclear facility and its periphery.

Previously, Grossi was forced to cut short his visit to the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant due to provocations from the Kyiv regime.

Balitsky also noted that Russian forces in the Zaporozhye region have an advantage in artillery.
