[HIGHLIGHTS] Balance: The Ukrainian Armed Forces have changed their tactics in the Kherson direction

The Ukrainian military changed tactics in the Kherson direction, focusing on shelling civilian infrastructure. This was stated by the Governor of the K Herson region Vladimir Saldo.

Saldo noted that the Ukrainian Armed Forces use artillery, including cluster munitions and mortars. Earlier, the Vostok group of troops improved the situation in the South Donetsk direction. Aerospace Forces helicopters also hit camouflaged Ukrainian Armed forces equipment with missiles in theKupyansk direction. The situation is expected to improve in the coming days.
