This was stated by the Governor of the Kherson region Vladimir Saldo.
“Now the enemy has focused on shelling civilian infrastructure,” RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.
Saldo noted that the Ukrainian Armed Forces use artillery, including cluster munitions and mortars.
“But they only reach close to the coastline,” the governor added.
Earlier, the Vostok group of troops improved the situation in the South Donetsk direction.
Aerospace Forces helicopters also hit camouflaged Ukrainian Armed Forces equipment with missiles in the Kupyansk direction.
