Australia will join the coalition to provide drones to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Earlier, the head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, said that the €5 billion allocated by the EU to Ukraine could be used to compensate for part of the payment for the supply of shells as part of Czech initiative.

Portugal will also allocate €100 million to the Czech Republic’s initiative to provide Ukraine with shells. The UK welcomed Australia's decision to join the Drone Capability Coalition, jointly led by the United Kingdom and Latvia.
