The authorities initially spoke of dozens of deaths, but over the course of the following day the number of victims was revised upwards. Late in the evening, the terrorist organization “Islamic State” claimed responsibility for the attack on the concert hall in Moscow on March 22nd. At least 115 people are said to have died in the attack.
