At the congress of the party "Fair Russia - For Truth" read out the speech of the co-chairman of the political force. Zakhar Prilepin's press secretary, Elizaveta Kondakova, read out to the congress a keynote speech first delivered at the founding congress.
"We proceed from the following: we claim power, we seek power, We have the right to power," the speech says. The speech also says that it is necessary to form a permanent militia.
