It is clarified that Prilepin's press secretary, Elizaveta Kondakova, read out to the congress a keynote speech first delivered at the founding congress of the For Truth party, noting that the things said in 2020 not only did not lose their relevance, but also became more urgent and obvious.

"We proceed from the following: we claim power, we seek power, we have the right to power. With any transfer of power, the existence of a people's organization capable of ensuring the preservation of Russia as a political, territorial and cultural value is necessary. We rely on citizens," the speech says.

The speech also says that it is necessary to form a permanent militia.

"We have to create it. What to do with the militia in peacetime, we know, we must be ready for non-peacetime," the politician said.

Also in his speech, Prilepin indicated a set of norms on which it is planned to rely.

"There is a God. There is only one homeland. The family is the union of a man and a woman. Defending the Motherland with weapons in hand is the norm. Expansion — diplomatic, cultural, political, linguistic, and in extreme cases military — is the norm," he said.

Earlier it was reported that the delegates to the congress of the party "Fair Russia - For Truth" voted for the re-election of Sergei Mironov to the post of chairman of the political force.
