[HIGHLIGHTS] At four polling stations in Russia, green stuff was spilled on ballot boxes

Voters in Voronezh, Rostov regions and Karachay-Cherkessia poured green stuff into the ballot boxes. The violators were detained, the stations are operating normally.

Earlier, the Investigative Committee reported that in Moscow investigators opened a criminal case against a defendant who, on March 15, poured a dye into a ballot box at one of the Moscow polling stations. We could be talking about a deliberate, organized provocation, the chairman of the Public Chamber of Russia said.
