The chairman of the Commission of the Public Chamber of Russia on public control and work with citizens' appeals, Alena Bulgakova, informed about this.

Interfax quotes her words.

“At about 11:00 Moscow time, at four polling stations - in the Voronezh, Rostov regions and Karachay-Cherkessia - voters poured green stuff into the ballot boxes,” she said.

She also stated that, given the synchronicity of incidents in different regions, we could be talking about a deliberate, organized provocation.

According to her, the violators were detained, the stations are operating normally.

Earlier, the Investigative Committee reported that in Moscow investigators opened a criminal case against a defendant who, on March 15, poured a dye into a ballot box at one of the Moscow polling stations.
