Earlier, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said that de facto peace already exists between Baku and Yerevan. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan proposed that Azerbaijan conclude a non-aggression pact if the process of signing a peace treaty drags on. The statement was made available on the department’s Telegram channel.
