Ministry of High-Technological Industry of Armenia will make new proposals to Russian partners for broadcasting Russian channels. Consultations will soon be held in Moscow within the framework of a bilateral agreement on cooperation in the field of mass communications, concluded in 2020.
The purpose of the agreement is to exclude broadcasts from both countries that would constitute interference in the internal affairs or insults to the state and people of another country. "I just want to assure that all decisions of the ministry are based on the dignity of our people," said Mkhitar Hayrapetyan.
