Armenia announces the killing of two soldiers and accuses Azerbaijani forces. Armenia and Azerbaijan have been in conflict for more than three decades over the Nagorno-Karabakh region.

On September 20, Azerbaijan announced that it had regained its sovereignty over the region after a rapid military operation, and the Armenian separatists handed over their weapons and military equipment and withdrew from the region under a ceasefire agreement. The Armenian Ministry of Defense said in a statement on Tuesday that two soldiers were killed and a number of others were wounded.
